that's absolutely gorgeous! i think the softness is perfect for the theme & the picture. (I also like the explanation...) :)

Great choice for the theme... this is wonderfully too close! Excellent shot (I love the 10D!) :)

Great site. I love those macro shots--are you looking forward to the 20D? I've placed you under my favourites but because I have just over 100 favourites, I've come up on your site as: anonymous. So, I'm anonymous :) -Zee from http://www.zoranmilich.com/zee

This is beautiful...my first thought was 'oooh, I wish I could rub my face against this' (thank god I don't have allergies!). Perfect for the 'furry' theme.

No such thing as too close! Wonderful shot, and perfect for the photo friday theme. Nice work!

I think this works very well, and suspect that if it were less 'soft' it would be much less effective. Nicely done.

Very nice and soft. I think it perfectly fits the PhotoFriday theme. Well done.

I've never seen a dandelion look like that. Looks more animal than plant. Really cool!

indeed, somebody said that the soft focus does most of the job here and I agree 100%, looks so fluffy that way :-)

I like this one -- like a lion's mane ... very nicely done...
