I normally regard photographs of domestic pets as a big no-no, and have never web-published one before. I hope that the reason I like this image is due to its merits, rather than because of my attachment to this particular cat.
Another bit of rarity value about this shot is that I used my Canon EF 75-300mm IS lens (set at 255mm) for it. I'm not a big telephoto freak, and so this lens gets few outings, and even fewer of the shots I take with it ever get shown.

well, a pet shot here and there adds interest lol
as for me I like this one, for the wilderness feel the grass gives :-)
